Volunteer to help make our first ever Regional Iyengar Yoga Conference a shining success. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

• Advertising: design, construct, and install banners and signs.
• Set-Up: help with the pre-convention set-up of rooms, signs, tables.
• Props: transport, store, monitor and return all borrowed props.
• Assistant venue managers: support the venue managers.
• Registration: process on-site registrants.
• Room monitor and usher: assist students and teachers/speakers for each class, keynote and panel discussion.
• Vendor volunteer: early pre-convention set-up, assistance during conference (two-hour shifts), and breakdown.
• Post-Conference: clean up and breakdown.
• Open-Minded: let me know how I can be of most help.

Our conference is being run on the energy of the volunteers. Your compensation for volunteering will be a well-run, fun conference, new friends, a deepened sense of community, and the satisfaction of having made something wonderful happen. Let us know by email how you are able to help. You may also volunteer during the registration process.
